Philosophy
Philosophy is the study or thoughts towards general and fundamental problems to do with things like reality, knowledge, existence, values, reason, language and mind. I consider my self to be philosopher I think about different things to such an extent it makes the very mention of that word depressing sometimes, for instance life and death. I thought about the meaning of life and I didn't come up with a number like from the internet, I thought about why it was created and I came up with a lot of possibilities and of course life led to towards death eventually which ended up making me think in a very sad manner. Philosophising is great fun about some subjects and when you don't go to deep in a negative way but when you take it to such a negative extreme as I do sometimes it just is depressing and conflicted. Most do not philosophise due to them being stuck in their space of thinking about their day and how they feel, but when you go outside that and think about the endless possibilities of so many subjects it can really change one's overall view on things. I guess when it comes to philosophising it can go either way from looking at things from a negative or positive point of view depending on how you feel, because I have depression I mostly looked at everything in a negative perspective therefore creating very sad thoughts that weren't good for my mind. What i'm trying to say is philosophy isn't the issue that creates sad thoughts but how you want to perceive the information from whatever your thinking about is. A couple good things to start philosophising about is life, the meaning of language and also society. Other than those you can find more in everyday life but remember your perspective on the conclusions you get from your thinking will decide how you end up feeling, the real challenge while philosophising is to think without emotions which usually cloud your judgement. By using philosophy you can find were you stand on subjects and it can also remove prejudices, this is also a good practice for keeping a positive state of mind throughout your life and it will really open your eyes to what's out there.
