Depression
Depression is when one's mental health is unstable making them really sad and low for a long period of time, this state of mind can either be major or small depending on the persons situation and its effects can vary for each individual. This is the most common mental illness and needs to be treated immediately before it consumes the person even if you get over it you will never be the same, depression is a horrible thing which no human being should have to endure. You can get this illness from a whole range of ways such as major events that impact you in a really negative way, pressure from society, extremely sad philosophy, from a bad environment, biochemical, from genetics, and depression is also in a mental disorder called bipolar. Depression is when you are very pessimistic, weak, low, push others away and hate life(major depression). Depression is very tough to go through most need a strong will power, a plan, help from others, some take anti-depressants, and optimism. The only way to get out of depression is to first acknowledge that you have it and then to help yourself without taking this first step it will overwhelm you and take over your life, it is best to listen to other peoples stories about dealing with depression to get pointers and to see if you think like they do so you can know if you have it. If you feel like your slipping away from society, feel low, feel weak and don't want to move it is best to find out if you have depression quickly because like other illnesses the quicker you treat it the better of you'll be.
